Portfolio: five deployments with inspectable results
The Portfolio page now lists every past deployment, each with a case study, results you can inspect, and the research pillars it advanced.
The Portfolio page is live. It lists the five past deployments: KAR, Third Eye, Godcoder, ResearchSwarm, and Cognitive Core Skills. Each entry shows its category, the results you can inspect, the tech stack, and a link to the full case study.
Every deployment also names the research pillars it advanced, linked straight to that pillar on the Research page. The links are derived from the agenda itself, so when the agenda changes, the portfolio cannot drift away from it.
Why this matters
- Results are inspectable: live systems, source, and documented architecture instead of slideware.
- Each case study states its claim boundaries, what is measured, what is self-reported, and what is not claimed.
- The research agenda and the portfolio are two views of the same work, and they cannot disagree.
