Every recommendation is tied to a named reviewer and an observable source, and the governance and review architecture is documented publicly in the Third Eye repository. That is the standard every ELI Labz deployment is held to: output a person can trace, approve, and sign for.
What it advances
Third Eye is the standing artifact behind three research pillars: real-time reasoning in changing environments, situated reasoning grounded in the external world, and multimodal reasoning over geospatial and imagery feeds. The case study carries the full detail, including what is not claimed.
